Terms & Conditions
The BFSI IT Excellence Awards 2026 is organised by the Exito Media Concepts Pvt. Ltd.
- Entries received past the closing date of the 31 August 2026 are not eligible.
- The winners will be announced at the award ceremony, at the end of the summit on 9th September 2026.
- You may submit an entry nominating your solution or a solution of another company.
- Nominees put forward by others must be informed of and consent to these terms and conditions as well.
- We cannot grant an award to any organization or individual that cannot be contacted after their entry is submitted. We are not liable for any errors in the submission process, so please verify that your contact details are correct and notify us of any updates.
- The criteria for shortlisting are established in advance and are not open to dispute.
- A shortlist of finalists will be created for each category based on the submissions received by the deadline. There is no option to contest the shortlisting.
- Shortlisted finalists will be contacted via email or phone and invited to the Awards ceremony, where the winners will be formally revealed.
- The shortlisted finalist must confirm receipt of this notification within two weeks. If the finalist fails to do so, we reserve the right to remove them from the shortlist.
- Winners are chosen in advance. Consequently, if an award-winning finalist cannot attend the Awards ceremony, it will not impact their status as a winner.
- Entries will be disqualified if they include false, incomplete, or incorrect information, or if they are not submitted using the online entry form.
- The judges reserve the right to re-allocate an entry to a different category if appropriate.
