Most institutions are currently focused on internal efficiencies and improving data quality to better leverage AI. Overall, AI adoption is at a tipping point, marking the beginning of a journey that promises greater value, innovation, and organizational impact.
The summit was highly valuable, offering new technologies, useful learnings, and meaningful interactions with industry peers. Digital transformation, once new, has rapidly evolved and become essential, especially for digital-first businesses and the broader national landscape. The BFSI sector has played a major role in developing digital skills and shaping what the country can achieve technologically. Overall, it was an exciting and worthwhile experience, and there’s great anticipation for the next edition.
